WELCOME!
Thank you for checking out our website.
Sitting in our worship
service
you might wonder if we are a
non-denominational church. Actually, we are
part of a fast-growing denomination known as
the Christian and Missionary Alliance. The
Alliance, or C&MA as it is often called, was
begun over one hundred years ago as a
missionary movement by a Presbyterian
minister, C&MA founder, Dr. A. B. Simpson.
Dr. Simpson's daily exposure to the physical
and spiritual plight of New York City's
homeless, downtrodden and sick moved him to
devote his life and ministry to taking the
gospel to the whole world. This movement
drew people from many different
denominations for the single purpose of
bringing the Gospel message to places where
the Bible had never been preached. Today,
there are more than 2,000 Alliance Churches
in the United States, and approximately
18,000 fellowships in 81 countries around
the world, where nearly 5 million Christians
call themselves “Alliance.”

Many people
who
contemplate
finding a
new church
home
are coming
from
churches
where they
have had
deep
friendships
and found
spiritual
help for
themselves
and their
families.
Many others
have never
had a church
home. People
from a wide
range of
denominational
backgrounds
feel welcome
here, from
Catholic and
Lutheran, to
Assembly of
God, and
everything
in between.
Perhaps you,
like others,
are
skeptical or
even turned
off by the
church, yet
you still
believe in
God and
would be
part of a
church if
you could
find one
that meets
your needs.
We
hope
Aberdeen
Alliance
Church
can be that
place for
you. If you
are looking
for a place
to build
friendships,
worship, and
grow in
faith,
please give
us a try!
